Right now one of my miners is 100% accurate, one is 1/3 the real speed, and one worker is missing completely on MPH but all are still generating profit perfectly.

The hash rate is useless information to the pool anyway, as only the submitted shares are counted towards profit. That's why it's only really crucial to see accurate hash rates on the miner window so you can check if everything is working right, and the pool just shows the estimate for your convenience/monitoring despite the innacuracy. • • • • • • •.
